I don't know. Democracy and socialism might more seek equality in wealth. At least democracy does, I believe.

Democracy, in its classical sense, is more about political equality (one person, one vote) rather than economic equality. Socialism, on the other hand, explicitly aims for economic equality through wealth redistribution and state intervention.
