Just switched the default blossom server to nostr.build, which should work better. For the layout thing, are you sure you're on the latest version (0.6.15)? This is due to "safe inset offsets" on android and ios, where newer phones let content bleed into the navigation areas. I've released a few versions trying to fix this recently.
