It looks fine but maybe you need to point your "www" to "tanel.org" in your dns records? or maybe youre having the issue due to the 308 Permanent Redirect on tanel.org? Just throwing stuff to see what sticks. The error in nostrudel says "Unable to find DNS Identity in nostr.json file", is that just saying that it doesnt see "_" (which is definitely there)? NIP-05 says "The /.well-known/nostr.json endpoint MUST NOT return any HTTP redirects." and yours does not do that except for the root path.
