Actually I have been reducing for most of this year my meal size dramatically. I tried an OMAD earlier this month just to see if I could & the 1st one was amazing. Then I did it once a week for a few just to see if that was a fluke. This week I am going all in with 4 days, but Friday, sat & sun will be normal.
The key for me was to really get off all sugar, all of it.
