Amos Miller, an Amish farmer in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, had his farm raided by the Department of Agriculture earlier this year, seizing thousands of dollars' worth of food. Yet, despite the raid, the government couldn't provide a single piece of evidence showing that anyone in Pennsylvania—or anywhere else—has ever been harmed by any of Amos Miller's products. This is a powerful win for food freedom and the rights of farmers.
