Beef and eggs, sure. Protein burns slower and keeps you satiated for a longer time …. not sure how butter & salt could help with weight loss besides in very small amounts for taste.

you've got a lot to UN learn.
eat primarily fatty meat and you stay full. don't eat anything processed, just whole foods. add in vegetation but don't focus in them. eat like your ancestors did.
food cholesterol is a lie. sugar is the real culprit not fat.
