Lol what geometrical shape do you suggest then? A disk like shape? We can establish that all the visible celestial shapes are 'round'. Let's just stick to the sun and moon, because they can be seen with the naked eye. What would be the odds that, assuming the earth is no exception and behaves exactly like those in terms of shape, they all coincidentally face the earth with their flat side of the disk, at all times? Moreover, at least locally you can personally confirm that the proposed maps, where the earth is round, are correct. This holds up for all people. Since there is a big overlap of all people's local maps, we can conclude for the inhabited world that the maps are correct. That would leave little room for other geometrical shapes than a sphere like object

You cannot establish a spherical shape as nowhere can curvature be observed, apart from NASA fish eye lenses. Saying "The lights in the sky look(!) round, therefore the ground beneath my feet is also round" isn't really proof. The observable shape is a level plane.
