That's the nevent. You can decode it here: nak.nostr.com You can manually add the relays in the nevent to your client. That should help a lot. I've also found directly pasting the nevent into a client works better than waiting for it to load in an embed. nozzle and I guess voyage have been been the best about loading nevents from relays I don't have directly added to the client
