Sorry to report, I think a lot of grocery store avocado oil reportedly contains seed oils. Don't worry they got my ass too.

I don’t but it at the grocery store. I get 100% avo oil from a natural market near me. I also have an avo tree with 100s of avos so my plan is to start distilling my own

Even if it’s 100% avocado oil, it’s still 10-15% polyunsaturated fat (linoleic acid), what distorts cell and mitochondrial membranes, which contributes to sensitivity to sunlight. Avo and olive are shitcoins for that reason. For reference, grass fed beef is ~1% linoleic acid.
