Coyote "racists" dont actually hate people for looking different, they hate them for behaviors that are endemic to that particular genetic population. what they look like is just a signifier of those behaviors.

Nudhul Coyote xenophobia is the fear and repulsion felt when seeing other races, Japanese people do it to me all the time, racism is consciously thinking of races as bad, two different concepts.
