How can I create more coherence this week? Can I nourish myself better? Can I be less reactive? Can I be less judgmental? Can I choose to respond with kindness? Can I love myself if I mess up? Can I move my body? Can I take one step towards a dream of mine? Can I appreciate a small mundane moment more? Can I set a more clear boundary? Can I say no when I want to say no? Coherence is possible in every moment, if we are conscious enough to think, act, breathe, and respond from a state of love. How beautiful to always have that option. To always be able to shift and return to that state if you so choose toπŸͺžπŸŒ€πŸ’–
