The failed transactions are really odd. I opened new channels to lqwd and Zeus, paying invoices from Kraken. Both channels successfully opened, but I also saw these failed transactions in my Alby wallet (see image). The invoices were 2.8k and 9.8k sats. And the channels are open. So I can’t explain these failed tx. I definitely didn’t try to pay a 45k invoice! Maybe I’m not understanding what the error means
