Skinny Dog Nice to see the judge recognizing and calling out Trump's BS. But w/o some teeth behind it, such as a gag order, Trump will keep tweeting (hurts to much to say "truthing") his lies, perhaps hoping to get his story out w/o having to take the stand under oath.

Mammoth Dolphin His deposition will be his testimony under oath, played for the jury. They'd never put him on the stand, and the video will be harmful enough. He was TERRIBLE. This judge is running a tight ship
