I’ve been watching a great documentary on the Wu-Tang Clan, which made me realize I’d never really given 36 Chambers a “proper” listen. I gave it a proper listen last night. I was struck by just how rough it was. Not a bad thing! It was sort of joyful realizing something made by youthful amateurs had such an amazing cultural impact. album.link/i/1746566237
Purring Pigeon 36 Chambers is SO good haha. I need to see that doc. My bud Average Goat here got me to finally listen to GZA's Liquid Swords too, which is also damn good. I've just always been a big ODB/Method guy haha.
