I have a friend who always cheats on his girlfriends. That's how he is. Doesn't mean it's right. If he is ever caught he should apologize not be like "this is who I am. Deal with it"

If he's failing to change a known character flaw then he is allowing himself to be a bad person, this doesn't mean that he can't change and sincerely repent. But until he changes his ways and stops infringing upon others, he is being a bad person... maybe he isn't a bad person, but he is BEING a bad person.
