You should aim to have #bitcoin UXTOs of all kind of sizes (e.g. 100K , 1M, 10M+ sats), and only consolidate the smaller ones when you already have a lot of them and fees are 1 sat/vB.

And only consolidate the ones from the same source otherwise you run into privacy issues. For that use labeling, good wallets have that feature.
