#today I thought I'd cheer us up a bit and make a blueberry pie from this weeks crop. I'm no baker in any sense of the word, but this recipe: www.jonesfamilyfarms.com/kitchen/recipes/elisabeths-double-good-blueberry-pie is about as simple as it gets. I just use a store-bought pie crust (usually graham cracker) and the whole process takes about 15 minutes. After it cools and sets, we top it with whipped cream and stuff our faces.😀 It's a good crop this year, so I expect many pies. #gardening #Allotment #NewEngland #blueberries
