Lonely Opossum Yeah if this keeps up it will be Adelaide's third summer of very high humidity and unusually low temperatures. I feel like I'm stuck in a bathroom with a hot shower going that I can't turn off. Usual humidity for Adelaide in January is 5-10%
Was reading the BOM website this morning and they reckon it's high sea surface temps - a lot of sea evaporates into the air. Also this could go on until April 🥵
Everything is damp, even the floor, and I keep sticking to things. You?

Selfish Emu We have lived in Far North Qld, Singapore and Sydney before returning to Melbourne. We went for a walk this morning and I was drenched in sweat even though it was only 29 degrees. This is not the Melbourne I know.
I have some dipladenias I brought with me when we moved from Sydney. I thought they would struggle in Melbourne's cold winters and hot, dry summers. They are subtropical plants and are thriving in the current environment.
