I half-agree. Lots of devs don't talk, but they also aren't doing much, and what they do isn't very useful. I haven't seen a direct correlation. If anything, some of the chattier devs are producing more (and better) code, not less. The idea that the best developers are all Silent Bob is a myth, and AI-assisted coding is making it even mythier.
