I’ll make perhaps an unpopular statement here on nostr. Because of the way Elon is conducting himself in our govt, and DOGE, how many people have died or face harm because of his drastic overnight cuts to vital services for Americans and people around the world that’s illegal and unconditional but he doesn’t care)? Even if it’s, 1 (many estimations it’s thousands), that’s too many. Should people be lighting teslas on fire? No, it’s stupid and unlawful. But do I care about that compared to Elons actions? Fuck no. They’re cars. And shitty cars at that. The rage and horror over teslas burning, compared to Elons actions as an unelected bureaucrat (again, not that cuts are made…but the way in which it is unfolding in a shoot then aim fashion), is what I find disturbing.
