I think my most controversial opinion on #bitcoin is that we wrongly conflate Self Custody and Decentralisation of the network as the same thing. I did try and convince people of this at Cairns Bush Bash, but didn't find a good way in. If anyone wants to argue this it may help me sharpen my sword.
