Your whole perceived reality is a reflection of your inner self. If you don't like what's being reflected at you, don't waste time trying to change the reflection. Change yourself & use the reflection to gauge your progress. I recommend starting with reading "The 4 Agreements". Then implement each of them. 💚

Love it. Although management is another form of coping. A self soothing tool. I heard someone put it quite well: you’re not driving the car, you’re tied up in the trunk!
