Hmm, the idea of a best friend in my 40s sounds strange. Maybe that's sad? I don't know. I've just grown accustomed to living the majority of my life in solitude. It's ok, mostly. Sometimes I want to hang out but invariably I'll think about making conversation and nix the idea. I people watch, I guess. Like, I go to public places and just sit and watch. Sometimes I make up stories about the people I see. Not often.

Low Chicken It's a lot harder to make friends after the 20s. It could be because have very little leisure time, and too-short attention spans that only react to explosions or scandal.
