It's storing them on gundb: locally and on my gun relay that it automatically connects to. The great thing about gun is that you can edit your block list on different devices without worry that they might be out of sync and overwrite each other, like has happened with nostr contacts. The block list is public, so I just changed the button text to "Block (public)". I'll do encrypted block list at some point.
