I do much prefer the Forkerts though. The farm didn’t produce much of those this past season but they’re a bit more “ugly” but very sweet. Perfect for making butter 🤞🏼

Alright guys - I’m down to the last few jars!
Today I made two batches of maple syrup #HODLbutter. Incredibly tasty with an amazing texture. Imagine eating cake from a jar… but healthier, with clean ingredients.
This one’s a bit more involved than my regular #HODLbutter - takes longer to make - but worth it.
