What are your favorite spices or sauces for ribs? I just got some beef ribs I plan to make Monday. I usually do them wrapped in foil for hours in the oven with a dry rub. Never done beef, though.

Are you talking like a full rack of beef ribs or are you doing short ribs as well? I'm pretty much going to be doing a crock pot bourguignon for this. But as far as sauces go for barbecue, Texas mop sauce has been one of my favorites for beef lately.
