This is one version of what I call “cheesy chicken” but Paul wants to call it “chickeny cheese”
Chicken tenders seasoned with tarragon, garlic powder, onion powder, and pepper, covered in cream cheese and baked under a blanket of Swiss cheese.

I’ve put hot peppers in the sauerkraut many times, but this is my first time fermenting hot peppers without cabbage!
It’s also my first time fermenting with garlic.

Here’s the second white chocolate dessert I’ve made over the past couple days:
Molten white chocolate and toasted marshmallows mixed with labneh.
I think next time I have ideas on how to make it smoother and better. But man, does this ever taste amazing. Definitely something worth perfecting.
