It would be interesting to see a DVM-only client where all feeds are always computed at the server and returned to you in a second or so. I think the use of the usual filter by follows stifles some of the algo innovation that could happen if the client used a DVM-only approach.

yes, id like to see more of this. the follow list is a tool, but alone it's...ultimately boring. So much more could be done.
