Some of these 'elites' are ignorant optimists who have bought into the vision, but the ones pulling the strings are straight up eugenicists which reflects not only their words, but strongly in their actions and directives. I refuse to use the term 'el;ite' to refer to these people outside of scare quotes. "Elite" means people of God, in the context of those blessed by God. These people are of the devil.
