You are missing the point.
The value of bitcoin when compared to fiat currencies that are designed to become worthless over time through inflation. The price of bitcoin in fiat currencies will always be worth more over time. That is, because of the value of the fiat currency being lower than it was before.
1 btc = 1btc is a way of saying the value of bitcoin will always remain the same, because of a limited finite supply. We dont compare sound money to monopoly money. As we have a basic grasp of how economics work.

Not convincing. The value of bitcoin will not always be the same, it increases over time. So I stay with my statement, 1 BTC doesn’t equal 1 BTC in the future.
