Naps are good though. Just started tracking my sleep with an app, since it's been not so great for a while and someone on here recommended the ap. Pretty cool. Uses mic to listen to you (ok, that's a bit creepy) and determines graph of sleep cycles, and also records snoring clips and sleep talking.
