Asked for a specialty thick-cut porterhouse and it was bigger than expected (thumb for scale), 3.24 pounds 😂
Will dry brine for 24 hours then BBQ mañana. Think I can eat it all in one go?

Yes, lots of that weight is fat and will cook off. Weigh it post cooking for the most accurate assessment of how much you'll actually need to eat.

Yeah I’ve learned that typically beef loses about 25% of its wet weight during cooking. So somewhere around 2.5 lbs and the bone will weigh a lot too. It’ll be around 2 lbs of edible beef. Pretty easy for me typically.
