The fork section states no sale of airdrop for five years but then states disposing of lower market cap chain after five years.
The purchase section it states no sale of BTC for 20 years.
The bill doesn't offer clarity on if a fork happens and BTC is lower market cap after 5 years if it could be liquidated despite the 20 holding period.
