But your argument was for only one race in the ghetto.
Do you not understand that not just blacks live in the ghetto.
The Ghetto is a poor urban area occupied primarily by a minority group or groups.
What exactly hasn’t been corrected for the black community what are you asking the government for?

I’m from the south, the ghettos in the south are different mixed population numbers (5x+ more blacks). It makes sense you wouldn’t understand the repercussions and aftermath of slavery from Nevada. You are speaking from a place that doesn’t reflect the reality of a region of the country you are not familiar with.
Of course others live in the ghetto, but it’s not related to slavery.
Here are two major cities in relation to your experience in Nevada. The numbers don’t even compare
