True (re: centralized DNS). But, I don't know why they didn't just do DNS text record. Pushing it to a web server just introduces a lot of complexity (unless they intend to do more with it a simple txt record can't handle?). And, agree... though I guess it at least links someone to some kind of human readable domain-name. But, anyone just normally interacting probably won't notice the difference between steve@nostrpleb.com and steve@n0strpleb.com. I'm not really sure what the proper solution is, though.
