I only skimmed that book for 15 minutes...the one I assume all this no nukes thinking comes from. I can't muster the motivation to read it all...the style and layout of it are too obnoxious. To the author, "spell out clearly what it is you are saying, and quit playing coy and dropping countless individual nuggets in hopes readers will connnect the dots as you hope"
Don't wanna get into a nuke debate, I'm unarmed and dumb about them, but that book irks me
also, it's not that long a read. i was done with it in 4 hours, most people could casually finish it in 3 days of 2 hour sessions.
Yeah... It's not purely the length of it. There's also the fact I expect I'd have to supplement with a study of how they're currently explained, any counters to the book that may be out there, etc. Too much to ask for what is likely the work of a smart "crank".
