Shivering Panther
No it is not AI. Titan is a real dog.
👀🤯👀🤯
Titan isn’t just tall — he’s colossal. When standing on his hind legs, he easily reaches over 7 feet. Even on all fours, his head comes up to most adults’ chests. His paws? The size of dinner plates. His bark? A thunderous boom that shakes the floor. ... show more

Would geographically separated parties be able to pass signing information like in a PSBT? Could frost 'shards' be used to reconstitute 1 of the keys in a standard multisig? If yes to both this would have massive potential to replace Bitgo (which sucks) for companies.
Yes you will be able to do remote P2P signing in the future.
Yeah you can also have a FROST key inside a script multisig.
Absolutely agree that this is prime for institutional custody, but we're building for us hardcore bitcoiners first!
Given the company’s name, can you change one signer without moving funds to a new address?
Yes! We haven't implemented it yet but the theory is there 🔥
can I store my seeds on paper? Can AI recover them on a normal computer later?
Yes and yes! More on these soon
A few more questions:
1. Will the price increase after the product launch?
2. How is this competitive with say, devices like the Jade Plus, which can do more and is even based off of the same ESP32 platform beyond the firmware?
3. Have you done a penetration test of the device or contracted an... show more
1. Currently priced in sats so depends if you mean increase in dollar term. Possibly. TBD.
2. Other HWWs can't do FROST, infinitely worse multisig experience and drawbacks.
3. No one loses bitcoin to laser and power glitching attacks. Frostsnap's security model focuses on your ability to visit... show more
Frostsnap's security model primarily focus on the ability for you, or an attacker, to visit T-of-N devices.
The Frontier model does not have a secure element. However we do encrypt the secret stored on the device using a decryption key held in the phone's secure element. This means you need to... show more
How does the "Simple T-of-N recovery" (descriptor) work? Not a lot of information on your webpage for now.
Good question (and yeah we need to put more out there), so the FROST multisig only has a single group public key (one xpub). And this single group public key can be reconstructed from secret shares or their images. That means that so long as you have two devices or their backups, you can find the... show more
How many wallets support that device?
Just the Frostsnap app at the moment! We're pioneering the frontier of self-custody tech. Others will follow.
