Sunday morning. A moment of happiness.

When you’re really in a desperate situation, you somehow bring out an amazing ability, don’t you? Even things that seem absolutely impossible end up working out somehow. In those moments, I can’t help but think to myself, ‘I’m pretty amazing, aren’t I,’ just a little.

Some things can only be understood through experience. A moment when the heart shifts. A time when our capacity to receive expands once more.

Happiness is something you feel in your heart. It exists within you. Happiness that is measured by comparison with others is not true happiness.

In warmth and light, everything feels possible. Even the once still heart finds a new rhythm. It feels like something new is about to begin.

What your eyes see as you gaze ahead are bittersweet memories of the past and hopes for the future. The heart drifts beyond time.

Passion is your driving force. It melts away pressure, transforming it into newfound strength.

Signs of spring. The smell of earth, a lukewarm breeze, soft sunlight. Signs of life. My heart dances.

If the foundation of something is wrong, continuing down that path will take us further from the truth.
