On toasty days like yesterday it is nice to head up into the hills to beat the heat! We had pretty views around the Columbia Icefield (the largest icefield in the Canadian Rockies, and a very scenic part of Jasper). #MyJasper #CanadianRockies #Photography

We were out in Valemount yesterday rambling up the old Mt Terry Fox trail. Still a bit of snow to clamber over but plenty of great views to be seen! #Valemount #CanadianRockies #Photography

Out in Valemount today with a morning stroll around the Cranberry Marsh and an afternoon ramble checking out snow levels. Still a bit too early to start our guided day hikes rambling up to the scenic heights of McKirdy Meadows but still great views across the valley! We'll be starting up day-hikstarrysummit.ca/day-hikes) and the Robson Valley (starrysummit.ca/valemount) mid June. Stay tuned as we'll also be running a few #bitcoin and #lightning only hikes, #stacksatsstacksteps #Valemount #CanadianRockies

Always a striking difference this time of year between the teal glacial water of the mighty Athabasca River and the non-glacially fed Miette River. The Athabasca is the largest river system in Jasper National Park and empties into the Arctic Ocean! #MyJasper #CanadianRockies

We are going to be running all-inclusive overnight camping trips during this year's Dark Sky Festival October 17-18th and October 24-25th. Hiking into a backcountry campground with a portable telescope for a night of star-gazing and pristine mountain air. We provide tents, group camping equipment, #bitcoin and #lightning are gladly accepted. starrysummit.ca/backpacking/darksky #MyJasper #jasperdarksky

We were out in Valemount yesterday and did a quick ramble around the Swift Creek Trail (a scenic loop with open viewpoints, impressive cedar trees, and peaceful forest). Valley bottom trails are currently in great shape! If you are in the region this summer and looking for a neat day trip check out#bitcoin and #lightning for all of our guided trips. starrysummit.ca/valemount #Valemount #RobsonValley
