certainly my worst online conference experience was one that treated me (a remote speaker) as content rather than a person.
How, out of curiosity? I can tell you one remote-speaker thing I really didn't like: "record your talk in advance, we'll play the video, then there'll be live Q&A." For one thing, I'm just better live. For another, if I wanted to watch video I wouldn't be at a synchronous conference, yanno? In con
