No the app doesn't know which note was used, or when the payment is received, this would require either access to private keys to generate new sub-addresses per note created, or using a primary address starting by 4 and adding a payment id on top of it creating an integrated address, last one is pro

Had trouble zapping this note, so I had to send XMR instead 😅 I do hope that we'll be able to attach XMR tips to specific notes one day, cuz I like letting Nostriches know which notes resonated with me.
