Yeah it's actually made with pretty simple ingredients but prepared well in a nice balance of flavours. There was, fat from the pork belly and fried egg, and I added the beef cheek marmalde from the bone marrow appetizer to my burger.. a trick I learned from my friend who introduced this place to me
