Cool! I visited Japan when I was a kid in the 90s. I've been exploring more Japanese recipes. I made Okonomiyaki the other day came out good. Also did beef udon noodle with Yakisoba sauce I bought from a Japanese store. These Japanese street food videos have been peaking my interest.
